Conditions of placement (no public offer)

• Placement for 30, 60 or 90 days.
• Content of banners should meet the Russian Federation legislation, besides, the administration may refuse the banner placement by the ethical or aesthetic reasons.
• Banners promoting adult sites and other adult content, dating, alcohol and cigarettes, Weipa, will't accepted for placement.
• Executable code, executed on other sites also not accepted.
• Formats JPEG, PNG, GIF.
• Reports of banners exposures and clicks will be sent weekly, at Sunday, 14:00 Moscow time (GMT+3), csv format.
• The offering price is determined by the results of the auction, information of bids in the table below.
• Auction will be held by the advertising space release, bid increment - 10 USD, the duration - 10 days from date of first bid placed, the auction begin with a starting price (see column "Starting price for 30 days" in the table below) .
• Auction winner determined by bid of the highest sum for a day of placement (placement price/placement term ).
• If bids absent, price for placement counts as : for 60 days - 5% discount from the start price for the second 30 days, 90 days - 5% for the second 30 days and 10% in the third 30 days.
• Payment via Webmoney e-wallet, number of wallet will be sent to the winner. Payment is expected in 1 business day. If payment is not received or made in incomplete volume, the winner will be declared participant of the auction taked next place after winner.
• Request must contain : Name of company or nick of private person, offered price, terms of placement and attached file with banner(s).
• Requests rank reviewed once per day.
